If this is the case, it may be time to borrow a phrase from the Chinese language and embrace the concept of "soyo" in your life. Soyo is a unique and beautiful term with no exact English translation. While it can be translated as "strolling about freely," its meaning is much deeper. Soyo is a way of being in the world that includes inner calm, self-love, and mindfulness. What is Soyo? Soyo is a concept that originated in China, and it can be traced back to the Taoist philosophy. The term itself is made up of two Chinese characters: "so" (逍) and "yo" (遙).
